September flew by...I don't even know where it went!!!!!!!!! Chloe started first grade! She loves it! My mom's best friend is her teacher Mrs. Kenworthy! She loves and adores her! She is doing well and loving it. She is in a 1st-2nd combo class. Which has proven AMAZING for her. She is challenged and wants to do better. Here are her first day of school pictures! Oh and her new hair cut! A short A-line!

Brian got his patriarchal blessing. SUPER AMAZING!!!!!!! He has come leaps and bounds this last year! I am so proud of him and all his has done for himself! He is such amazing man and I LOVE HIM!!!!!!

PIANO

Korbin is OBSESSED with the piano! He plays it every day! It is so cute! I have a picture of myself playing this very piano at his age at my Grandma Hope's house! I LOVE IT! I hope he continues to have the desire to play as he gets older. I love when men can play the piano...especially when they sing and play the piano...lets hope he will be gifted with my voice and not Brian's!( Sorry hunny!)

Every year (for the last 10 years) a few family from our ward go on this camp out over Labor Day weekend. We went and camped a few days before any one else got up there to spend some quality family time before my sister Janae headed off the BYUI for school! We had so much fun with just our family.

We went on the boat a lot! We also rode a 22 mile bike trail from Heyburn to Harrison...it was crazy long! Everyone was exausted at the end...AND WE DIDN'T EVEN TAKE ANY PICTURES!!!!!!!!!!

The highlight for Brian was jumping off this bridge (since he couldn't do anything else..STUPID ARM!) He was such a good boy I was so proud of him all summer long...he missed out on so many fun things because of his arm but was a really good sport about it!!!!!!!!
It felt like they were falling forever! All of them jumped...my dad, brian and my two sisters!

In all it was a fun camping trip! Good food, good friends and lots of excitement! Cant wait to go next year!!!!!!!!

OREGON COAST!!!!!!

So this year we decided to take our very first FAMILY VACATION!

Destination: Oregon Coast!!!!!
We thought it would be so much fun to camp our way down the coast of Oregon! If we could...we would have made it an extra 3 days longer!!!! We had so much fun! The kids loved it and the scenery was BEAUTIFUL! We camped the whole time too! SO FUN!!! Except the small tent we brought...I wanted to down size seeing as we were taking our whole house with us...next time...we will bring our LARGE TENT...A MUST!!!!!!!!!!!!

Beginning of Trip

So the first night we spent on the Washington Coast...Right outside West Port in Twin Harbor! This was such a beautiful camp ground. It was so lush and green, and really quiet! We loved it...the first night was really hard though. Since the tent was small we brought our pads and laid them all out and were planning on us all sleeping together...Korbin didn't like not being in his crib. He cried and screamed and wouldn't lay down. I was so irritated...what kid wants to be in a crib...HIM! So finally after 40 mins of him freaking out...Brian got up and got his portable crib and we drug it into the tent and he fell asleep in minutes...BRAT! And we were all squished together in this small area since his crib took up the whole tent...Ahhh...

The next morning we packed up and were headed for Cannon Beach and we were staying at Nehalem Bay and my best friend Aubre and her husband Dan were meeting us there (they live in Portland) to stay a night with us! So we were off! The first stop we made was in Astoria! It was soooooooo BEAUTIFUL there! As we were coming to bridge to cross over into Astoria it was so cloudy! But it looked so cool!

Once over the bridge we had BLUE SKYS!!!!! And this cute little boat harbor!
Next we went to Seaside...Where it was also really cloudy. We walked all the way down to the beach and let the kids run around for a little while! Then we went to the outlet malls and got the kids some winter clothes that were EXTREMELY on sale! LOVE OUTLETS!

Next we headed to the famous Cannon Beach! That to was really cloudy!

But Chloe had fun in the sand! We played and then ate pizza! Then it got super cold so we had to go and buy the kids sweatshirts so they didn't freeze.

Korbin HATED the sand for some reason. It was quite entertaining! Any time you would try to put his feet in the sand he would start crying so hard. Or if I dropped sand on the top of his foot...he would loose it! Guess he doesn't like sand yet!

Then we headed for Nehalem Bay to set up camp for the night! Now this camp ground kinda sucked...it was really dry...but Aubre and Dan have camped there before and said that the beach is really pretty and quiet. We didnt get to go because it was really cold after dinner and started to sprinkle!

We woke up the next morning and went back to Cannon Beach with Aubre and Dan to go and fly kites! Chloe has been dying to fly her Pink Bug kite since we got it last year. We never had enough wind to fly in Spokane...so the beach was the PERFECT place! So we headed off to fly till our hearts were content!

Beverly Beach Campground!
It is right outside of Newport (where the Aquarium is)! Beverly's campground was by far the best one! IT WAS SOOOOO PRETTY! You can tent camp or rent a yurt! We had so much fun here. We went on a bike ride and played at their nice playground. We cant wait to go back to this campground it was sooooo nice! It was by far our favorite!
Beverly Beach! They have tide pools with sea urchins...it was too cold that day to go out so we didnt get to see them! But the other campers said they are really cool!

We woke up the next morning and went to the Aquarium in Newport! It got such good reviews and we LOVE THE ONE IN MAUI so we were so excited to go and take Korbin since he has never been to an aquarium...but I have to say...it wasnt that good. Chloe and Korbin had fun but I was dissapointed. For how much we paid it wasnt that good. It didnt even come close to the one in Maui. But it was fun and the kids had a good time! There were a few touching tide pools that chloe just LOVED IT!!!!

After we finished at the Aquarium we headed off for PORTLAND to go and stay with Aubre and Dan for a couple days and hang out! I was super excited it was my first time going and visiting Aubre since she moved to Portland!!!! We ate at this AMAZING Thai resturant! We went to the portland market, chloe got her face painted (which looked aweful and we waited for 30 mins), we went and ate at Whole Foods...soooo yummy! We went to Powells, this new and used book store that is a whole square block BIG! It was soooooo awesome! The coolest book store I have ever been to!
I bought about 5 OLD SCHOOL Dr.Suess books that are normally $14.99 a peice for $5.49 a peice! They were used but in EXCELLENT condition! SUPER STEAL! We walked like 10 miles around downtown I swear...(don't really know how far we walked but it was like ALL DAY!) But it was soooo fun! We also rode the city tram and CHLOE loved it. She has NEVER rode in a public bus/tram before so she thought it was so cool!!!!!

WE went and played at the park and had Chipolte burritos and Chocolate cake! We had so much fun and were so glad that they let us come and INTRUDE for a few days. I know it is hard to be bombarded especially when you bring two kids!

We had such a good trip! We can' wait to go back next summer! Spending quality time with the kids was just wonderful!

Sun Up Bay!

August was such a fun month! We had sooooo many fun things that we did! Here are some pictures of when Korbin and I went out on the boat with my family. (Brian was not in attendance due to his injuries on his arm, we didnt want him to get in trouble!)

GREEN BLUFF

We went back to Green Bluff to pick Raspberries this time! They were sooooo good! We picked Red Raspberries and White Raspberries! The white ones are soooooo good! Although they are much harder to pick than red. Their vines have WAY more thorn's and are really poky. We had a ton of fun though! We also picked up 50 pounds of Apricots to do some more jam!

We then proceeded home to make jam!!!! 3 hours later...we had 52 containers of jam! We made reduced sugar apricot jam, regular apricot jam, red raspberry jam, white raspberry jam, and apricot raspberry (This one is my favorite!)!!!!! We had so much fun doing it and now we have so much jam it is coming out our ears, and I LOVE IT!!!!!!!

Korbin and his Lawn Mower!

So my son is OBSESSED with the Lawn Mower, he thinks he OWNS it and it is his toy!!!!!! It is sooooo funny! Whenever he see it he goes and climbs up on it and begins to play! He will play for 30mins to and hr! He loves that thing! I have to say it may be a tad dangerous but if you try to take him off before he is done...oh boy, an all out TANTRUM kicks in! There are worse things he could play with right?????

Fathers Day...Strawberry Picking...Brian Surgery!

So Fathers Day was super AWESOME!!!!!! We woke up and gave Brian his presents and made Macadamia Nut Pancakes with Fresh Fruit and Coconut syrup. Reminded us of Hawaii!!!! It was DELISH!!! Then we got ready for Church and went...we were really excited to be going to church this particular Sunday because Brian was getting the Melchizedek Priesthood! He said..."I cant think of a better Fathers Day present that my Father in Heaven could have given me." It was so precious to hear it coming from his mouth! And there couldn't have been a better Fathers Day Present. My father gave it to him in a very sweet blessing. We were all in tears and the spirit was so strong. Brian has the strongest, most sincere spirit ever. I cant wait to see him grow in this gospel he has so much to offer. He is so amazing and I am so incredibly proud of him!!!! We came home and had an amazing dinner and gave my dad his new Craftsmen tool chest and had a DELICIOIUS Peach Blueberry Cobbler with Vanilla Ice cream and Homemade Whip cream. It was a WONDERFUL day!!!
I am so Thankful for Brian in my life! He is an amazing father and husband! I could not have asked for a better man to spend the rest of this life and forever with! He is smart, funny and so kind. I LOVE YOU BRIAN!!! Thanks for 7 wonderful years!

STRAWBERRIES!!!!!

So we went up to this place called Green Bluff in Spokane and picked Strawberries! It is a huge area with tons of orchards and farms and you go and pick your own fruits and vegetables and it is such a fun family activity! We had so much fun...Korbin kept trying to pick the strawberry off and eat them...it was really funny! We had a good time. The next day I made Homemade Strawberry Freezer Jam...IT IS SOOOOOO GOOD! I usually just help my mom make hers but decided this year I wanted to make my own! So I did 9 Large containers and 12 small containers and 4 double batches. I was sooooo surprised how much jam 1 flat of Strawberries made!!!! It was fun and I cant wait till Raspberries are in season so I can do Raspberry Jam...IT is my FAV!!! I am even thinking of doing a Peach Raspberry Jam...we will see!

Brian's Surgery!

Brian had surgery on his hand. He had injured it August 2008 when he dropped an 80 pound bundle of Shingles on his wrist while he was roofing. He has been in a lot of pain since December so they decided to do surgery. They made two incisions on his forearm. They decompressed the radial nerve and decompressed his tendon. He was in a lot of pain coming out of the surgery. He was having some issues with breathing after the surgery as well, which was totally scary for me. They had given him some meds through his IV and then given him a 730 mlg Lortab and his breathing was slowed way down. We had to keep reminding him to breath and it was pretty scary! He was really nauseated as he was coming off the anesthesia. He is doing well and is in physical therapy although he is still having pain and numbness...we will see!

I can't believe I haven't posted since APRIL!!!! What the HECK!!!!! My life has been so incredibly crazy! Where does my time go?????? Well it is time to play catch up! This is gooing to be ANOTHER REALLY REALLY LONG POST! You ready? Here we go:

Ok where do I begin....So I had my IUD taken out in May and had been hemorrhaging ever since. They had no idea why . I had been on 2 meds to stop the bleeding. NO LUCK. They did 2 ultra sounds and found a large mass in my uterus so they said I needed a D and C or dilation and curettage, when they scrape the lining of your uterus. He sent me home with pills to soften my cervix and told me take some Lortab 500’s. Usually they take you to a hospital and put you to sleep. Well since I didn’t have insurance I couldn’t do that, they said it would have been $5,000-$8,000. Yeah like I can afford that! So the doctor said he could perform it IN OFFICE and just numb my Cervix. He hadn’t done one since school but felt confidant that he had done them enough that it would be ok! He asked my pain tolerance and my mom piped up “NOT GOOD AT ALL!” He said it would probably be painful but if I couldn’t handle it he would stop. So we scheduled it and did it two days later. I went in all LOOPY on my Lortab pills and light headed from all the loss of blood and he began the procedure. He numbed my cervix with a large needle and then asked if I could feel anything and I lightly could and I told him to begin. So he began and I could feel what he was doing just a dulled version. I could see my stomach moving. It actually made my mom sick and she NEVER gets sick at that kind of stuff. Then the numbing began to wear off and I was like “OK HURRY UP!” It took him only 30 sec of me being in A LOT of pain and he was done! I DID IT!!!!!! My mom was so funny! She was like “I WILL NEVER CALL YOU A WUSS AGAIN!” That’s right I am STRONG! I am really surprised at how well I did! I ROCK! Hopefully I don’t have to do that again though!

Kelly Pickler and Taylor Swift!

I went to the Kelly Pickler and Taylor Swift Concert! I went with my mom and my sisters Erin and Janae! IT WAS SO FUN!!! We went to the Onion for dinner first! Then went over to the concert! There was an opening band, but they weren’t very good! But Kelly and Taylor were awesome! WE ALL LOVED THE CONCERT! Although it was the LONGEST concert I have ever been to! Towards the end I was just ready for it to be over. They just kept singing and singing! But it was a good concert and I got some pretty good pictures! Good Sisterly, Motherly Bonding Time!

KORBIN’S FIRST BIRTHDAY!

Korbin’s first birthday! I can’t believe how fast this year has flown by! He is already 1 year old!!!!! It seems like yesterday I was just having him! He is such a big boy 25 pounds and 31 inches tall! He is walking all over the place! He has been walking since he was 11 months old. One day he just decided he wanted to walk and took off!!!!!

For his party we had a BBQ swimming party. Sports theme. We had so much fun! We had lots of friends and family show up. The kids swam their hearts out and we had tons of hot dogs, chips, watermelon, pineapple, cake and ice cream.
Korbin didn’t really care for his cake. We had a person LARGE cupcake made for him with a football, basketball and baseball on it! He ate the frosting and that was about it. I think he was full he had a lot for lunch. The rest of us ate a raspberry cream cheese cake from Costco with a basketball on it with the number 33! The Davis family sports number! We had a good time!

We got him a lawn mower that blows bubbles some little toys with cars. He got a build a bear dog named Bingo! (From Grandma and Grandpa Davis) Some Balls and sand toys (Thanks Wrights) Some Hot Wheels (From Grandma and Grandpa Crenshaw) And some money ( Thanks Debenham's!)Then he took a long 4 hour nap. We must have wore him out!

He is also jabbering so much these days. He is ALWAYS talking saying something! He is a good sleeper and sleeps through the night! He has the cutest personality! He has 8 teeth still! He hasn’t gotten a new one for months! He is eating solid food, and has been off the bottle since the beginning of May! HE LOVES WATER! It is so funny, Chloe never liked water till she was 3 yrs old! His favorite foods are:
Bananas and Blueberries are his FAVOIRTE!
Mac and Cheese
Raviolis and pasta
Tomatoes
Cheese
Green Beans
Peaches
Yogurt
Applesauce
Mushrooms
Chicken
And the list goes on!!!! He eats just about EVERYTHING! He is a good eater! As you can tell by his hefty size! He is so cute!
He LOVES cuddling especially with Momma! He loves mirror and looking at himself! He loves playing with his balls. He rolls and throws them…looks like we have a sports star on our hands! He still LOVES his Pacifier/ Foofoo/ Beenkey, who knows when we will be able to take that away! He points to whatever he wants!

Baptism's

Brian and I went and did Baptism’s at the Spokane Temple with the youth! That was such an amazing experience. It was Brian’s first time going! He was so nervous and didn’t know what to expect. But he was really really excited. My mom and my sisters (15&17) were also there with us. The spirit was so strong there. Especially for me. As I went and got Confirmed for some of my names I could feel the spirit so strong. I glanced at the cards before I went in and noticed that most of my ladies were born in the late 1800’s. They had been waiting soooooo many years for this. It felt as if they were in the room with us. I had this anxious feeling like that was how they were feeling. Like come on already I have been waiting forever. It was such a good experience for me. It was also so awesome to watch Brian get to experience this wonderful thing that we do! The feeling of peace and joy is indescribable! It made us both even more excited to go to the temple together in December to get sealed! We cant wait!!!!!!!!!!!!! It cant come soon enough!

JUNE!

My birthday!
I am 26!!! I can’t believe that I am 26? Where has the time gone? I know I am still
Young but I just cant believe how fast time has flown by. So for my birthday we went to the White House in Post Falls ID for dinner! The BEST GREK Restaurant! I had the Salmon with lemon butter, capers, sun dried tomatoes and garlic over rice with garlic green beans! We had Hummus with pita bread and their French bread with balsamic, olive oil and garlic! SOOOOO GOOD!!!! It was me and some of my close friendds! We had so much fun!!!! Thanks Girls it was a blast, we need to do it again soon!!!!! Then for dinner we went out to PF CHANGS and had a good dinner! I got my brand new camera! A Canon EOS and it is AMAZING! I have been wanting one for like 3 years! It is so nice and takes such great pictures I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!! I had a great birthday!

FEILD TRIP!

Chloe has a class field trip! We went to Brown park down the street from their school. They kids had so much fun. They all wore their Tye die shirts that they had made the week before. They all looked so cute. They played on the jungle gym and played kick ball and had a homemade Chex mix with all the stuff the kids had brought. M&M, Cheerios, fishy crackers, raisins, all kinds of cereal, marshmallows, pretzels, chocolate chips, and more. They loved it! They all had a good time. It was fun for Brian and I to go with them and see the class having so much fun together!

CHLOE'S LAST DAY OF SCHOOL!

My baby is NO LONGER in Kindergarten! I cant believe how fast this first year of school has FLOWN by! She is in 1st grade next year! She LOVE LOVED Kindergarten. She loved her teacher Mrs. Karen Helma and the aid Kristy. They did so well with those kids this year. Chloe learned so much and had a great time doing it! She did so many fun projects!! Chloe loved going to school! It was the highlight of her life!!!! Karen made all the kids these cute year books with all the fun things they did all year in them, with pictures and all. She did an AMAZING Slide show for all the kids to have copies of. She is just an AMAZING TEACHER! Any child is so lucky to have her as their teacher. Chloe was so excited to give Karen her present. We were at TJ MAXX two days earlier an there was this wooden sign with a material star glued on that said “ You are my Super Star.” Chloe asked mom what does that say. I told her and she said “Oh, Mrs. Helma needs to have that!” It was soooo cute. So we bought that and a coffee mug with some cute teacher saying on it! Karen loved it! She cant wait to go to 1st grade. She will have my moms best friend Lori Kenworthy as her teacher and it will be another great year! She is already ready to go back o school. Every morning she asks “ Has it been 3 months yet?” Nope only 5 days!!!!!!!!!!!

So for all of you who don't know yet or haven't gotten a email from me...I am now a consultant for Heritage Makers. They are a online storybook publishing company. The minute I saw these books I FELL IN LOVE! The message these storybooks send is amazing. There are so many things you can do with these books! So quick and short, the 10 reasons I chose to go Digital with my scrapbooks with Heritage Makers!!!

1. NO MESS!!! I would spend 20 mins laying my stuff out. Work for oh...30 mins. Then clean back up for 2o mins. 40 mins cleaning and organizing for 30 mins of working...I can create a book in one hour with no clean up and no mess!!! LOVE THAT!!! And...the whole book is done...not just one page!

So this year we decided to do a TEA PARTY!!!!! We had 8 girls over and had a good time! They all dresses up in Party dresses and we had a PARTY!!!! The table looked so cute!!! I had Balloons, name tags, flowers, curled ribbon, tea cups and doilies! It was so much fun and the girls had a great time! We ate mini grilled cheese and Pb+j, Pretzels and fishes, cream puffs and brownies, water and hot chocolate with mini marshmallows!!! We played games and opened presents and had cake and ice cream!

It is AMAZING to me how much someone can grown and change over 6 years!!!! Chloe has gone from 5 pounds 11oz to 45 pounds!!! She has gone from Auburn hair to bleach blond! Gone from toothless to a pearly set of choppers. From 18 inches to almost 4 feet. From no talking to talking non stop!!!! All in 6 years!!!! And it has been the best 6 years ever~! Here are some pictures of the Birthday Girl over the years!!!!!

Chloe was one of the most unexpected things to happen to me! But the BEST JOY ever! She lights my life up in a way no one else can!!!! She is so smart, funny and so kind. She has the best sense of humor and the best smile! She can make anyone smile when she shines those teeth of hers...she has a contagious smile!!!! She lights my world! I don't even know how I could survive a day without her! She says the funniest things that make me laugh. She knows just what to say to cheer me up when I am having a bad day. She helps me around the house when asked. She sweeps and vacumes and is simply a joy to have. She is also incredibly sassy and mouthy, but I wouldn't have it any other way...if she wasn't then she wouldn't be MY child!!!!! As your mother always says "What goes around, comes around"!!!!!! We are so glad to have her in our family! She is such a wonderful addition to the Crenshaw Clan!!! I can't wait to watch her continue to learn and grow...although I wish time would go slower so it could last longer!

St Patty's!!!

So for St Patty's this year we had a really fun day!!! Chloe got all dresses up for school. She even wanted Korbin to match her, dresses in Green because "That's what you do on Leprechaun Day!" As she stated! She had a class party with Leprechaun's and gold coins. She was so excited! Later that evening we had the Elders over for a Green Meal...Which I am so mad I didn't get a picture!!!! I know the Elders did I will try to get a pic from them and post it later! But we had Green Fetticini Alfredo, Green Beans, Green Salad, Limeaide, Mint chip ice cream and Molasses Cookies with Green frosting! I havent had a Green Meal on St Pattys day in forever. I want to make it a family tradition from now on it was a blast!!! Then I had YW and we made blankets for some Ladies in our ward that had just had babies and ate some Irish snack!!!Then we went to my Dad's championship basketball game. They played two games in a row and WON BOTH!!!!! It was AWESOME!!!! In all we had a great day and cant wait for next year!!!

February Activities!

Go figure...it once again has been about a month since I have blogged. It seems like I don't have anything to Blog about!!!!! It is so funny, I have read so many other Blogs and it seems like everyone is in a rut!!! I think it is this dang winter that wont go away!!!! Anyways...here are the few highlights from February! I took some really cute pictures of the kids on Valentines days...They are getting so BIG! I can hardly stand it! I have cut Korbin's hair 4 times already. It grows so fast!

I love his smile....it melts my heart!

Chloe is so Beautiful and so sweet. Her teacher is always telling me how sweet and kind Chloe is at school...it makes me feel so good to know at least I did one thing right. She behaves at school!!!!

Chloe's First Basketball Game
Chloe had her first Basketball game in February~! She LOVES it so much. I cant quite says she is good (Because she is NOT) But it is her first year and she is learning so much and has improved so much already. She LOVES it. She also played up a grade this year to be on the same team as two of the girls in our ward that are in 1st grade. So I think it has been good for her to get the hang of things and we will work on it this summer when we have nice weather and I think she will do much better next year! It has been really frustrating though, since I played Basketball and was good at it, I don't have the patients to watch her mess up and not understand what is going on...then I remind myself, she is 5 and this is her first year!~ LOL!!! It has been fun watching her learn and grow though!

READING!

So, since Chloe is half way through Kindergarten they have been working really hard on the educational requirement. Reading, math...you know the usual. So they have been testing the kids on different things. And one of the test is sight recognition of words. Chloe has totally NOT CAUGHT ON TO THIS YET...I have been getting so frustrated. We work with her on her list of word and 10 Min's later she cant remember ANY of them! It makes me CRAZY. Then...all of a sudden last week IT CLICKED!!!! She is able to read most of her kindergarten sentences without help. She passed her 1st sight recognition test (that she has previously FAILED twice) and is really excited (most of the time) to sit down and practice reading! We are so proud of her! Her teacher kept telling me to be patient and when it clicked it would click! So We are so proud of her for just being persistent and figuring it out! Now...math on the other hand! I think she will be like her mom and NEVER GET IT! She is having the toughest time with it and it hasn't clicked yet. The whole adding and subtracting of numbers she totally doesn't get unless she has object in front of her to help her like money or toothpicks or something. Maybe one day she will catch on!

KITCHEN

The Kitchen is almost done and when it is I will take pictures. The cabinet doors get here tomorrow!!! WOOHOO!!!! Can't wait! Will post pictures when we get them on!

NEW CALLINGS!!!!

Well Brian and I both received callings in January actually I just forgot to Blog about it~! We are really, really excited and really enjoying them. I am the the Mia Maid advisor which I am just loving teaching my girls. I actually have my little 14 year old sister in there with me and it is just so exciting!!!! Teaching those lessons to those sweet girls has strengthened my testimony so much!!!!!!

Brian is the new Asst. Scout Master, and a supervisor over the Young Men, since there always has to be two men teachers in each class room he kinda goes to which ever class he is needed in on sundays. He LOVES it. It is right where he should be. He is so good with those Boys. He is mostly with the teachers and knows them all through my little sister! And they LOVE him. They joke with him and really look up to him. This is going to be an amazing experience for him!

So yeah, Callings are good!!!!!

Hopefully it wont be too long before I blog again. Chloes Birthday is comming up on the 15th, so finally I will have something else to blog about!!!!!!

So this month has again been crazy hence the lack of posts and yet another lengthy post!!!

So the kitchen! Everyone keeps asking to see pics of the kitchen and the progress! It is almost done. It should be done by next weekend! All we have left to do is install the dishwasher, stove and the tile back splash and the doors on the cabnets. Here are the pictures sorry they are from my phone! Enjoy!!!

So the Upper cabnets are in...the fride, the tile on the floor the microwave, the grantie counter tops and dishwasher is in place just not hooked up yet! It is moving along and we are sooooooo excited to get it done!

KORBIN IS 8 MONTHS OLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So...my baby is 8 months old! I can hardly believe how fast time flies!!! I HATE IT!!!! He is getting so BIG! He has been sitting up for 2 months now! He has been crawling (well scooting like a fish) for a month. He says "Daddah" and know who that is! We are still working on Momma but it isnt working! He is eating so much! And growing so much! He LOVES FOOD! Especially Prunes. That is his favorite thing to eat it is soooo funny! He is soooo happy and smile a lot. Never really crys and is just a joy to our family! He loves to stand on your lap and jump he is a mover! I am going to have my hands full when he starts walking. He is 32 inches and 19 pounds! He is loosing alot of his baby fat and thinning out very fast! He still has his mommas chubby cheeks though and they will never go away! Sorry Babe!

He makes so many funny faces, which I cant capture in a picture! He raises his eyebrows alot and wiggles them, it is quite funny! He also gets that from me! He has 4 teeth and two more 0n their way in! OUCH!

He is loving feet lately! YUCK! I HATE THEM! They totally gross me out! But he loves his, mine, Brian's and Chloes...anyones especially girls with toe nail polish on! It is really funny!We love you!!!!

I am SUCH A GOOD MOM!!!!!

So last week I spent three days and over 30 hrs making my daughter doll food! YES you read it right DOLL FOOD! I made it out of Sculpy Clay and baked them and glazed them! It was so hard but sooooooo much fun! I made it because they dont make small doll food for her size doll that is fun to play with! So here are the pictures of my work! It took forever but sooooo rewarding! Chloe loves it so much and plays with it everyday! So pretty much I am the best mom! HAHAHA yeah in my dreams! At least I did do something to show her just how much I love her (30hrs)!!!!

Fruit, fruit and more fruit! I did so many more just too many pics to post!!!! I did a Hamberger nand Fries, Turkey sandwich, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy with Chicken wings, corn, baked potato, green beans, chopped carrots, cakes and pies and much more! It was fun and well worth it and it only cost me $32 and The food I bought from the actual American Girl Doll site was 5 things of food for $25....I did 52 peices for $32!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh I GOT A SPEEDING TICKET!!!! STUPID COP was soooooo rude. The same one gave me a ticket about...3 years ago before we moved to Hawaii. So he pulls me over, I hand him my license(Still Hawaii, Oops havent changed it yet) He goes and runs it and stuff...he comes back and says do you know how fast you were going... yes 45 in a 35. Well your lucky I feel like being nice. I could write you a felony ticket right now for not havng a washington license. You have 10 days after moving to switch it. It is a felony and up to a year in prison! WHAT THE HECK??????? So what you want me to kiss your feet dont threaten me with something you arent going to do. Give me my damn ticket and be gone! OOOOOOH I hate it when they talk down to you like you are stupid and they are doing you a favor!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then he says Do you know that there are deer on this road??? UM YEAH I LIVE ON THIS ROAD????? Then he says wouldnt you rather hit a deer going 35 instead of 45....NO I WOULD RATHER NOT HIT ONE AT ALL!!!!! Uh I cant stand them!!!!!! $125 later BLAH BLAH BLAH!

Well I know I haven't done a post in weeks and this one is going to be VERY VERY LONG! I have so much to talk about so here we go!!!!!!!

KITCHEN !!!!

So...since we have moved in with my parent to RE-SAVE money for a house(lost in stock drop) we decided that we needed our own kitchen in the basement so we tore out the old craft room and are putting in a brand new kitchen so many of days and nights we have been working on that and it is slowly comming around. But we are doing it all ourselves so it is taking FOREVER hopefully it will be done in a couple weeks!

Chloe's Kindergarten Christmas Performance!

So first is Chloe's school Performance. She was so excited for us to go. She had been practicing and practicing for weeks. She even knew Feliz Navidad by heart and couldn't wait to show us how good she was gonna do. She even had a special part as a Angel in one of the songs. She was excited to wear her new Christmas dress and look "Pretty"! She wanted her hair curled and she wanted my sparkly lip gloss on. She is so funny! She sang so well and knew almost all the songs (not many kids did) we were really proud of her!!! She is just loving Kindergarten and is doing so well!

Brian's Baptisim!

So, I think that the most exciting thing to happen in December was Brian getting Baptized! It was so amazing and such a wonderful moment for him and our family! It was so spiritual and felt so right. We have all waited long and hard for the right moment when Brian chose it for himself and not for us! I have never seen him more happy than on that day. My dad was the one who Baptised him. My brother Caden also was Baptized that same day with Brian and it is a special bond that they will always share! My brother gave the first talk and was so emotional through the whole thing and touched us all with what he had to say. The feeling in the room was so STRONG and PEACEFUL stronger than I have ever felt in my life! My grandmother gave the second talk and a few minutes into it she stopped and looked directly at my family and said " I feel very impressed to tell you that Grandpa is here with us right now (he is deceased) and he is also with some angels and they are rejoycing for you Brian and Caden." And she continued to finish her talk. And when my father was confirming Brian he also said " Brian there are multitudes of Angels here singing and rejoycing for you this day." It was a beautiful meeting and not ONE person had a dry eye! We sang Because I have been givin much for the opening hymn(MY FAVORITE) and then Chloe, and my sisters sang If the Savior stood Beside me and we sang I am a Child of God for the closing. It was just an awesome and wonderful experience. The Elders who taught Brian were so kind and knew just what to say to him. I know that they were sent here at this time to teach Brian. They are what he needed!!! After the Baptism, my Grandma (who spoke) came up to Brian and I at home and asked Brian if he had any family members that were members of the church. And he said "Yes, my mothers parents were" and she said "Thats what I though .They were there with us today, with my husband!" Both Brian and I were crying because they would be there to celebrate with Brian, it was so very special!!!!!!

SNOW SNOW AND MORE SNOW...does it end???????

So on December 19 we had the BIGGEST snow storm that Spokane has seen since they began recording in the early 1900's!!! We got over 3 feet in 3 days...and the snow keeps falling!!!! Some has melted but it is still around 3 feet! We were totally snowed in and the kids were loving it, they got to start Christmas Break 3 days early! WAHOO!!!!

CHRISTMAS

This year for Christmas we drove down to Utah! BIG MISTAKE! The roads were HORRIBLE!!!! Luckily we got there safe and sound. We counted a total of 10 cars crashed on the way down and 8 on the way home! 18 TOTAL! We were so lucky we got there safe!

We had a wonderful Christmas! We went and spent Christmas with Brians family and had such a good time! We love going down and visiting them! We didnt do very much while we were there so it was relaxing and just a really good time! We had such a fun Christmas morning! Well we started out with our tradition of opening up our Jammies Christmas eve. So we all put them on and went to bed! (After Lugging all the presents upstairs to place in the living room...I swear it took 20 or more trips! A little OVERBOARD! But much Appreciated! :) Thank you Jan!!!!) Chloe and Korbin had matching Jammies and were so cute!!!!!!! Chloe was really excited to have matching jammies! She kept telling Korbin..."Bubba we have matching jammies, you like them??? You like them???" It was so precious!!!!!We made Chloe wait before going into the Living room till we were all up and had the video camera rolling! I would post the video but it takes too long! Lets just say she squeeled when she saw all the presents and was so anxious to get unwrapping!!!! She had to start with her American Girl Doll first since she was getting alot of Acessories for her doll from Grandma!!! She was so excited, that is ALL she wanted for Christmas was her American girl doll and she was so happy she got it! Grandma and Grandpa SPOILED her this year and got her so many fun things...golf clubs, a barbie house, TONS of American Girl doll stuff (clothes, bed, side table, table and chairs) a beautiful Lady bug tea set, books, and tons more I cant even remember! Thanks Jan and Frank!!! She has just had so much fun playing with everything...mostly the American Girl doll Chloe and my sister Megan have played with it everyday since we have been home, she also has one named Nellie so they have been in HEAVEN!!!!Korbin was really in to ripping the paper! It was quite funny! He didnt even care what the present was he just wanted the paper and the bows! He played with the bows days after Christmas it was so funny! He was so cute, he just sat on the floor and played with the paper between presents! He had more fun watching everyone than he did doing anything!

We all got SPOILED for Christmas and got way way too many things to list! Thank you Jan for making this a wonderful Christmas! LOVE YOU!

We had a LOVELY Christmas dinner with Brian parents and his brother and his wife Veronica and our step-nephew Angel! We had Ham and potato casserol, and green bean cassorole, green jello and Strawberry Ice Cream Float! It was so nice to spend time with them all...then we broke out our Wii to play some bowling! The Wii is so fun, and it is so fun to play with the whole family! I am so glad that we got one! We all had a good time playing it! Time flew by way too fast and we NEVER get enough time with them but it was a wonderful trip and we are so happy we got to go and spend time with them!

In all December flew by WAY WAY TOO FAST!!!!!

First Bloody Accident!

Unfortunately I have no pictures to go along with the story! So on Saturday my little sister and Chloe were playing with Korbin, they were playing house. I am in the bathroom and all of a sudden I hear Korbin screaming bloody murder...a cry I have never heard. So I open the door and yell What is wrong with Korbin what happened. My sister brings Korbin into the bathroom blood GUSHING out of his mouth...EVERYWHERE...(I am still in the bathroom) and I am like What happened to him...she says I dropped him on his face...great! So blood is everywhere I cant figure out where it is coming from (I am still in the bathroom) so I yell at her to go and get my mom. In the mean time I am sitting there holding Korbin dabbing the blood with toilet paper. My mom finally gets down stairs and I yell at her to take him so I can get out of the bathroom. So she leaves and I finish and go out to see what is going on. My sister is upstairs crying hysterically!( She felt sooooo bad, but it was an honest accident!) So we have No idea what actually happened. So we run get ice and put it on his face/mouth to reduce the swelling. He wont open his mouth so we can see what is going on....I am almost in tears...Chloe keeps chirping in the background "...dropped him on his head and now he is bleeding to death." I start yelling at Chloe to SHUT UP and butt out. So she gets upset. Long story short...she was trying to move him while sitting in the Bumbo and he fell out the front from like a ft and 1/2. He is totally fine just cut his lip and pushes his top tooth through the gum. It was a little nerve racking but it was all and accident and no one is seriously injured...thank heavens! My poor sister was more traumatized than Korbin. But who hasn't been dropped as a baby! I know I was! The joys of being a little baby! Here is a couple pics of the little one I took the other day! Isn't he getting so dang cute!

TWILIGHT!!!!!!!!

So on Thursday night at MIDNIGHT I went with my mom and sisters to the the Twilight movie...along with some other gals from my ward and it was sooooooooo much fun! A lady in our ward had a pre-party and it was great. She went all out with posters and gifts she was sweet!

And I LOVE LOVE LOVED THE MOVIE!!!!! A bunch of people complained that is wasn't like the book but COME ON PEOPLE!! How do you get 48hrs (how long it took you to read the book) in a 2 hr movie?????? Everyone has a different opinion of what their fav part of the movie is...so it will NEVER have everything in it that you LOVED in the book. So go into it with an open mind and you will LOVE IT! I DID ! I thought it was great! I loved all the actors. Especially Charlie, Bella and Jessica! Thought they were great! I like Edward too he did a good job but I had invisioned someone so incredibly SEXY! Anyways I loved it and cant wait to go and see it agin with Brian! It rocked and I cant wait for New moon! Let me know how you all thought the movie was!

It was April 4th 2006. We had been in Hawaii 13 days! We were at Sunset Beach! Chloe was just barely 3 and just so dang cute! Looking at those pictures in that folder made me so sad. Looking at how tiny and sweet she was then! Why does time have to go by so fast and why do we have to grow up so fast! I LOVED Chloe at age 3. She was still a hand full but just so innocent and kind and sweet. Now she is still sweet most of the time just a tad bit sassy and crabby!

Chloe looses her FIRST TOOTH!!!!

So we have been in SLC since Friday and we are having a good time! It is a short quick trip, but we are excited to be here. We got to see some of our BESTEST friends yesterday and it was so much fun! Whenever we see them it seems as if time never passed. They are such good friends and we miss them so much! We LOVE them dearly and wish they'd move to Spokane to be closer to us!!!! We love you Riches!

It has been sooo nice spending time with Brian's family. We always have such a wonderful time with them and miss them so much while we are away. We cant wait to come back down for Christmas and spend some more quality time with them since this will be a such a quick trip!

So Chloes frount bottom tooth has been loose for a while and so last night it was just dangling so we told Chloe she had to pull it out, otherwise it would fall out in her sleep and she would choke on it! So needless to say it was a LONG TRAUMATIC experience!!!!!! We had tied dental floss around the base so that we could pull the floss and it would pop out! Once I had gotten the floss on I pulled a little and she started SCREAMING BLOODY MURDER! So I decided to let her try to do it herself. Well she wouldnt and wanted to take the floss out but I couldnt because it was tied around the base and was under the tooth...Well it took her about 45 mins and finally after all the tears and screaming and NO TOOTH, I had Brian hold her down and I yanked the two strings and out it popped and she stopped crying and started laughing and smiling and was soooooo excited to have her first tooth out..yeah we should have just held her down at the begining and it wouldnt have been so bad! Now we know for next time! Here are a few pics of her TRAUMATIC night!

Korbin is 5 months old!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Where does time go???? I cant believe that he is already 5 mos old. He is getting sooooo big. He is 17 pounds and 29 inches long. He has 2 more inches before he has to be moved out of the baby carseat. I am hopeing we can get him to sit up that way we can put him in a big carseat and he'll be able to sit up in shopping carts...we'll see! He is soooo SMILY! He is an even happier baby than Chloe was just a sweet heart. He is rolling over like crazy. Fount to back, back to front and all over. He started eating solids and is loving them especially bananas...which was Chloes favortie too! He is babbling like crazy and has so much to say. He is also teething. His bottom teeth are so close to comming in. Chloes loosing them and he is getting em...too funny!
Life is good and we are just trying to figure out what is next for us! Brian is trying to finish school and I am thinking of going back to school for cosmetology. We'll see though...

So I am on a kick to LOOSE WEIGHT! For real this time! I am sick and tired of being sick and tired! I am like totally on a roll! I have been doing it for 2 weeks now and have lost 7 pounds and I feel freeking fabulous! My goal is to loose 30 by Christmas and then 45 by March! So root me on! Weight Watchers seems to be the easiest thing I have tried! So we'll see how I feel in a month! But So far so good!

Chloe is LOVING Kindergarten! She loves her teacher and cant wait to go every day to learn and grow! She has sooo much to say and is really learning fast! She has come home some days and told me what she learned or what she wrote and I can hardly believe that this is my 6 year old daughter!!!!! She is extremely eager for Christmas! She wants and American Girl doll soooooooooooooooooo bad for Christmas. That is all she can talk about, it is so funny! I have one and all my sisters have them! They are the best doll that a girl can EVER HAVE. What she doesnt know is that I have already bought it for her and it is sitting at her Grandma Crenshaws waiting for us (We are headed to utah for Christmas this year) Here is a picture of the one she wanted her name is Ruthie and she is really cute!

We are really excited to go to Utah for Christmas and can hardly wait! It will be so much fun!

Korbin is getting sooooo BIG, I can hardly stand it! I havent taken any pictures for a while so I dont have one to post...I IKNOW sucky mom but I am having a hard time keeping up with 2 kids...AHHH it is harder than I thought it would be! But he is soooooo precious. He is like 4 mos and 2 weeks old and weights 16 pounds and is 29 inches long. He is thinning out pretty fast! He is tall...oh he also has darker hair which I LOVE...who knows if it will stay that way but it is a light brown...not blond which is what I had expected!

Brian is working like crazy for one of his good friends ROOFING! Yeah a sucky sucky job! But it pays and we need money so...he is also trying to finish his school but the test he is studing for right now will be really really hard so is a little nervous and has taken a little longer stufing than he should have! But he is doing good and turned 29 on Thurs...I will do that post later. But he is feeling like an OLD GEEZER!

Me...nothing much besides being a CRAZY out of CONTROL mother! I feel as if my head is chopped off...or like a zombie...I can NEVER get enough sleep...even though Korbin sleeps throught the night I still am ALWAYS tired. I am hoping with this weight loss that it will speed up my metabolism and give me some energy that I am in desperet need of! I chopped my hair which I will post a pic of later and LOVE IT! I went really blong and it is...well I cant explain, I'll post some of the hair tomorrow when I blog about Brians B-day! But I am loving having a baby again although it is hard I really am LOVING it! HE is a wonderful baby! And Chloe is adjusting pretty well, although some days she wants to send Korbin back to where he came from! She loves him but I can tell she misses her time alone with us! This week I am going to take her out for a mommy and daughter night to show her she is still important!

So the last month while shopping I found these AWESOME jammies for Korbin! They have Helicopters on them and are so adorable! They were a little pricy but I HAD to get them! They look so cute on him!!! He is almost 4 mos old and just getting sooooo cute! He is teething though which is RUFF! He is in a lot of pain and it seems like nothing is working. Gees why does it have to be so painful...I feel so bad for the kido! We had him weighed the other day and he was 15.5 pnds! CRAZY HUH???? He is a big boy, although this last week he is thinning out a little I think he is growing in height! He is precious and we are just eating him up!

Oh my goodness, I have been dreading this post for oh a year. Yes it was Chloes first day of KINDERGARTEN! I cant believe where time has gone. My little girl is a big girl and goes to Kindergarten! She absolutly LOVED IT! Her teacher is soooo sweet. She was also my brothers kindergarten teacher. She had a wonderful day and cant wait to go back today! She is doing PM which is great that way she can sleep in...her favorite! Time flys thats all I have to say!!!!

Well I finally got camping photos downloaded and decided to write about it. For years we have been going to Heyburn State park in Idaho to camp and boat! It is sooooo much fun! We LOVE camping. Although this year was a little different. This was Brian and Chloes first time going to this camp site. We camped with my family and that was GREAT but also a little crazy. There were 10 other families from our ward that went as well. So there were tons and tons of kids and people running around! You see usually when Brian and I camp we are only in charge of our family. But going with my family ment there were 6 other people going to think about. There was sooooooo much STUFF. Brian's truck, my dad's ext cab Dodge and the boat were PACKED FULL!!!! So ofcourse my little borthers and sisters are WORTHLESS and helped Load or unload NOTHING!!!!! So Brian and I were stuck doing there work! It is crazy how much you need for 6 people. I think they had 12 rubber maids full of cooking supplies, pots and pans, 4 icechests, food stc. Blow up mattresses, sleeping bags, tents, clothes, and the list goes one. We had two luggage bags, 3 rubbermaids and 1 icechest....BIG DIFFERENCE. So it was a little stressful trying to get everything packed and loaded and unloaded and set up. But once all the hard work was done we had a really good time!!!! We boated and ate, brian built a bike jump and practically everyone went on it! They had a good time. We also went to Saint Marries for their Annual Paul Bunyon days where they have the BEST fireworks EVER...that I have ever seen. They cost $30,000. And they are AMAZING!!!! We had a lot of Fun although at times it was high stress!!!! Maybe we'll go again next year although my Mom said it was her last year going...she hates camping so...we'll see.

Every single time I take Korbin to go and get his pics taken he either cries or wont smile! It makes me so fricking mad. Chloe has been a ham since 4 weeks and got her pic every month till she was 1...not Korbin he wont smile or even sit there without crying. So I took them to Walmart since one of my girlfriends works there and she did them and Chloes turned out GREAT and Korbin ofcourse wouldnt smile so his is horrible and to top it off he PUKED all over the outfit he was supposed to wear it was a cute lil blue outfit with cars on it...so he got stuck doing his pics in the outfit that I had brought for a pic of the two of them...plain and colorless since he was going to wear it with Chloe so you now...not too many colors or pattern to distract....anywhoo...here are the pictures of my two lil Rug rats!

Korbin's Blessing!

So yesterday was Korbins Blessing. Some of my family from Boise came up this week to participate in the Blessing. It has been such a wonderful week having my Grandparents(my fathers), Aunt, Uncle and cousins here. We have been boating and just enjoying each others company. My father blessed Korbin while my Grandfather and two of our friends joined in the circle. It was such a precious blessing. My father is in tune with the spirit and his blessings are always so touching and feel directed right at you. During sacrament meeting my Grandfather got up and bore his testimony and it was sooooo touching. He spoke about the feeling of blessing his great-grandson and how touched he was by the opportunity to do so. He expressed love for Brian in our family and about families in general and just touched me to hear his testimony especially since we dont know how much longer he will be around. I was so moved that I even got up and bore my testimony...yeah guys...1st time since I was 16...yeah 9 years ago....And as usual I cried through the entire thing. But it was so wonderful to be able to express my testimony to my family while they were all here. In all a very spiritual and moving sacrament meeting.

Well Korbin had his 2 month check up last week and this boy is sure growing fast! He is already 12 pounds 1 oz! Yeah CHUNKY! We are loving every minute of it! Although he has pretty much quit nursing, ever since our trip to Utah! :( He just decided that it is too hard I guess and that the bottle is faster...I keep trying but he pretty much refuses! So bottle it is! But he is growing well and is just soooo sweet! He really has started smiling the last two weeks and is just so happy when he sees familiar faces, I LOVE IT!!!! He is a doll and are so lucky to have him in our family!

Mt Adams...

So about a MONTH AGO...yeah I suck!!!! Brian Hiked Mt.Adams with my Dad and the Scouts 14-18 years old. It was our wards High Adventure! He said it was one of the hardest things he has ever done. The freaking mountain was still covered in snow!!!! Yeah does that sound like fun girls????? HECK NO WAY!!!! It truly sounds like torture. It took them 3 days and more than 1/2 of them didnt even make it to the summit of the mountain since the terain was just BRUTAL! He had such a good time and it was soooo good for him to go and spend time with those Men and boys where he was really able to feel the spirit. Here are some of the pictures from the trip!

So, I know I haven't posted in like FOREVER! Yeah been a little busy! We got back from our trip to Utah and it was sooo much fun! We went down to see Brian's parents and had a really good time. We went to the Planetarium, Park City, we BBQ and just visited! We were also able to see Brians brother Brandon and his family. Chloe LOVES her cousin Angel and they play so well together. It is always so great to go down and see them. Chloe had a blast playing in her sandbox till the sand got in places we will not mention! OUCH!

The weather was BLASTED HOT and DRY. My skin and body felt like it got the life sucked out of it! Here are some pics of our trip...

We also had the chance to see some of our old friends. We wanted to go up into Mill Creek Canyon and have a fire but it was toooo crowed so we just BBQ at the house. It was great to catch up and see what everyone was up to and how much they have changed...or some of them havent changed or done anything with their lives...SAD.

We also got to see one of my DEAREST friends MEL!! Oh and Todd and family! It was soooo great to see her and catch up. I love her dearly and wish we lived closer as we would be BEST FRIENDS! They just bought a house and have decorated and painted it so well. Congrats you guys! We just love spending time with them as we click so well. Even the kids played soooo well, I dont even remember any tears...oh except from Abby!

We also went down to Orem to visit my brothers Brice and Seth. It is always wonderful to see them since I dont get to very often. We went and BBQ hot dog and smores! It was so great to see them!

In all it was a fabulous trip and now we are trying to get back into our routine so we can start getting ready for Chloe to start school here in like 4 weeks! Scary and very exciting!

Korbin is 5 1/2 Weeks Old...How time Flies!

Now this one is right on time!

Well, well, well...I can hardly believe that I have endured 5 1/2 weeks of NO SLEEP and I am still able to write and speak! Yeah our precious little one DOES NOT like to sleep at night...although the last two nights have been GREAT. Maybe he is ready for a change...like sleeping at night! I would LOVE that! He is so beautiful and I am just enjoying him so much. We all are! He is just LOVELY during the day, just fussy at night. Chloe is still just loving him to death...I didnt think that she would love him so much at first! There still has been NO jelious moments and she is doing so much to help me! So this post is comming about 2 months late....

Well, well, well...I finally gave in. I always said I wouldn't let Chloe go up in the Helicopter with Brian till she was older (I was thinking like 16 :) But Brian rented the Helicopter and took it up to my parents house and landed it on the lawn by the pool. Chloe knew he was doing this and kept begging to go up in the Helicopter with Daddy. How could I resist. So Brian flew the helicopter to my parents, landed and took Chloe and my mom up in the air for about 15 min. Chloe was so excited she could hardly wait. Here are a few videos that I thought were super cute!!

You can hear Chloe screaming at her Daddy as if he can really hear her all the way up in the air. The funniest is when you hear Chloe to tell Daddy to park it by the tree house...

The next video is of Brian actually landing the Helicopter on the lawn at my parents...SCARY!

The last video is of Chloe just before she is getting ready to go up in the air and she is incredibly excited and doesn't want to talk to the camera, hence the door slamming in my face!

In all it was so very cool! I am so proud of Brian and all he has accomplished! He is amazing and I am so happy for him that he will be able to wake up everyday of his life and go to work happy and come home happy and LOVE what he does!

So...since I am COOPED up in bed and can't move or get out...I have been bored out of my mind...so I decided to start reading this book I bought at Barnes and Noble called...Calorie, fat and Carbohydrate counter written by Allan Borushek. His book was a national health information awards winner for 2008 and rated #1 by Professionals and consumers. So you ask...why that book...because I LOVE EATING OUT and know that it is soooooo bad for you! But what I didnt realize was HOW FREAKIN BAD IT IS FOR YOU! I dont think I will be able to eat out again after reading this book. Here are some things I would like to share with you all. I thought so many times I was eating out and making smart choices by eating salads, grilled chicken sandwiches etc....so here are some of the foods I was EXTREMELY SHOCKED by!

First off I wanted to list off a few Health Statistics:

Oh the JOYS of Surgery

So yesterday at 5:30 AM, I had a long awaited surgery planned! YIPPY! I have had a Hernia since I gave birth to Chloe...so 5 years. And it has been bothering me really bad the last 2 years. I cant do sit ups or scream really loud without it pooping out. So for any of you who dont know what a Hernia is...it is when the intestines make a hole through your ab walls. So to fix it they make a 3 inch incision and push the intestines back in place and sew your abs up! Yeah sound like fun huh? Especially 4 weeks after having a baby! But I only have insurance for 6 weeks after I had Korbin so I had to get it done! So yesterday was the dreaded day...but it went incredibly well. The surgeon said it was a good thing I got it done because the hole in my abs was about 4 inches big. Yeah LOVELY! So now I am recovering and I feel like CRAP...worse than labor...my stomch hurts so bad...oh by the way it is 3 inches above my belly button. So I cant really sit up or satnd up without it hurting really bad. They said it will take at least 2 weeks to heal. And I cant lift anything heavier than 10 pounds for 6 weeks...so Korbin had better not gain too much weight in the next 6 weeks...or I cant hold him...But it all went well and I am on my way to feeling MUCH BETTER!

This is a post all about my wonderful Hubby who I LOVE SO MUCH! Brian is such an amazing husband and father! I could NEVER ask for a better spouse. He is so caring, loving and just flat out AMAZING in my eyes! He is so thoughtful when it comes to my needs. He is such a good father to our children. I LOVE it most when I see him interact with our babies, it just warms my heart! Chloe just adores her father and is definetly a daddy's girl. When ever I say NO to something she runs to daddy and bats her eyes...and usually he gives in...SOFTIE! But that is what I love about him. I also love that he almost always lets me be right...even though he thinks I am wrong...although it has taken him 5 years to get this one right!!!!! Here are some of the things I love about my sweetheart and some pics through the years to go along with them!!!

Happy Birthday to ME!

So today was my birthday and it was sooo lovely! We had lunch at my parents, which was AMAZING...my mom is the best! We had Chicken with melted Provlone cheese, sauted Mushroom and Onions, Asparagus, Garlic Mash Potatoes and bread. Then Brian, Korbin and I took a long (AND WELL NEEDED) 3 hr nap...VERY nice. Then per my request (which Brian didnt want to) we took some family pictures, that turned out pretty good...other than the fact that I still have massive baby weight to loose...granted Korbin is only 11 days old...but I want it off.

Then we had cake, my favorite German Chocolate...and opened presents. I got some new clothes and flip flops from my parents, new MAC eyeshadow from my sister, a bag of DOVE chocolate from my other sister, and a new purse from Brian which I got two months ago because I couldnt wait to have it. I waited ONE week after buying it and couldnt not have it so he gave it to me early! Thanks Babe! It is the cutest purse ever! It is made by B. Makowsky and it has Cheeta inside and I LOVE IT!

In all it was a nice day with Sunshine and I felt blessed to spend it with my family!

Here are a few pics I took today of our little man! He is just the cutest thing and I can't keep my eyes off him. He is an amazing sleeper and eater...I like to call him my lil Parana...cuz he has the HARDEST SUCK ever...sometimes I am in incredible pain because it feels as if my nipple is being ripped off!! I just can't believe how much you can love someone is so little time. And when I hear of some women taking weeks or months to feel a connection I can't imagine how that happens. I felt instant Love and a connection the first time I saw his precious face. He is such a blessing to our family and we are so glad that he chose our family to come to!

Korbin is Finally here!!!

Mr. Korbin Crenshaw finally arrived on May 21 @ 3:45am! He was 6 pounds 11 oz and 18 inches long! He is the sweetest little thing ever! We are so thrilled and excited to have him join our family. He is truly a blessing in our lives and I cant believe we waited so long to experience this again. Although the wait has been nice...Here are some pics of the newest addition!

So I am doing this post for Chloe Bugs! She is getting so big. On sunday she wore her new dress I got her for her birthday and just looked so old...where has time gone! She's not a little baby anymore. And it is quite apparent! She has the sassiest attitude ever but the most tender heart at the same time! I am so excited for her to start kindergarten this year. It is going to be so good for her. She is so smart and such a social bug. I don't know what we would do without her in our family, she blesses us in so many ways! Earth Day!

So I LOVE this earth and seeing how today is Earth day I decided to do a post on the most precious thing we have in this world...MOTHER EARTH!

Global warming is happening people...wake up and take a look around! Al Gores movie An Inconvenient Truth is AMAZING and scary all at the same time. I encourage all of you to watch it and see what you can do to save an preserve our earth that does so much for us!

On his webpage he writes:

GLOBAL WARMING IS:

Carbon dioxide and other gases warm the surface of the planet naturally by trapping solar heat in the atmosphere. This is a good thing because it keeps our planet habitable. However, by burning fossil fuels such as coal, gas and oil and clearing forests we have dramatically increased the amount of carbon dioxide in the Earth’s atmosphere and temperatures are rising.
The vast majority of scientists agree that global warming is real, it’s already happening and that it is the result of our activities and not a natural occurrence. The evidence is overwhelming and undeniable. We’re already seeing changes. Glaciers are melting, plants and animals are being forced from their habitat, and the number of severe storms and droughts is increasing.

Here are some statistics that I found on Global Warming:

1.On average, eleven of the past twelve years (1995–2006) rank among the twelve warmest years on record since 1850, and the increase in average temperature is expected to accelerate in the coming decades.

2.In many western states, global warming is expected to contribute to a considerable reduction in average snowpack and earlier, more rapid spring snowmelt, which will lead to more wintertime flooding and decreased summertime water supply in major river basins

3.Global warming is causing sea levels around the world to rise at an unprecedented rate due to a combination of thermal expansion of the oceans and rapidly melting glaciers and polar ice caps. The average sea level is expected to rise 7–23 inches before the end of this century, and perhaps as much as 31 inches over that time if the rate of ice melt from Greenland and Antarctica increases as some models predict.

4.Global warming will contribute to more severe infestations and habitat damage from both native and exotic insect pests, including black vine weevil, gypsy moth, bagworm and mountain pine beetle. Drought-stricken plants are also more susceptible to diseases.

5. The number of Category 4 and 5 hurricanes has almost doubled in the last 30 years.

6.Malaria has spread to higher altitudes in places like the Colombian Andes, 7,000 feet above sea level

If global warming continues we can we can expect catastrophic consequences such as:

1.Deaths from global warming will double in just 25 years -- to 300,000 people a year.

2.Global sea levels could rise by more than 20 feet with the loss of shelf ice in Greenland and Antarctica, devastating coastal areas worldwide

3.Heat waves will be more frequent and more intense.

4.Droughts and wildfires will occur more often

5.The Arctic Ocean could be ice free in summer by 2050!!!!

6.More than a million species worldwide could be driven to extinction by 2050

IT IS AMAZING TO ME what we do that causes our earth so much harm. There are soooooo many things you can do in your daily life to help make the earth a better place for you and for your children. Here are some things you can do in your own life to BE A LITTLE MORE GREEN...I challange all of you my friends to choose AT LEAST TWO things and begin making this earth cleaner and healthier for all!

WAYS TO GO GREEN!

1. Change a light: Changing one light bulb in your house with a compact fluorescent bulb will save 150 pnds of carbon dioxide a year (all our bulbs are fluorescent)

2.Drive less...thats easy walk more, take a bus, carpool. For every mile you DONT drive you save 1 pnd of CD. (This one is hard and I am working on it!)

3.RECYCLE MORE: You can save 2,400 pnds of CD per year by recyling only 1/2 of your household waste! ( This one is easy guys...rinse out cans and bottle and put them in the recycle bin...takes 30 seconds)

4.Use less HOT water. It takes alot of energy to heat water, wash clothes on cold or warm water and save 500 pnds a year.

5.Cut down garbage by 10% and save 1,200 pnds a year.

6.Adjust your thermostat 2 DEG and save 2,000 pnds a year!(SUPER EASY!)

7.Plant a tree: In a trees lifetime it will obsorb 1 TON of cd!

8.Turn off electric devises when not being used. Unplug whatever is not being used. The toaster, the blender, the microwave, the computer, cell phone charger...all of these drain energy just by being pluged in and not used. By doing this can save thousands of pnds a year.

9.Turn off the water when you brush your teeth.

10.Use less paper towels and paper plates...your cutting down trees that we need to save the earth.( I am horrible at this one...paper is so much easier for me...yet horrible for the planet...working on this though. I use WAY less paper towels)

11. NO MORE PLASTIC BAGS OR PAPER. Buy the reusable bags. I got some at Costco...they are HUGE and they were 3 for $3.69! I bought 3 packages. And you want to know WHY this one is a biggie...let me tell ya! Plastic bags take 1,000 years to decompose in a land fill! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT? And we throw away at least 100 billion bags a year! GET REUSABLE BAGS PLEASE!

12. NO MORE PLASTIC WATER BOTTLES...americans go through 1 billion plastic water bottles a week. 76% arent recycled!

13.STOP JUNK mail and pre aproved credit cards from comming to your house and cutting down trees go to:

All these are reasonable and pretty simple to do! I LOVE THIS EARTH and I want it to stay around for a while!

Fire Station 7

So today Chloe had a feild trip to the Fire Station 7 here in Spokane. What an exciting trip. Chloe was really excited to go and see the fire truck and what they do. Especially since Brian used to fight fires...Wild Land, not city but kinda the same. And Brian

wanted to go really bad too so...we both went!

This is Chloes buddy Blaze. They are really good friends. Everyday after school we always hear about him!

This Chloe's teacher...Teacher Barbara and a few of the students. We split up into two groups since we have so many kids.

All the students were really excited when they found out that they got to sit in the drivers seat of the truck!Here is another of Chloe and Blaze...Chloe couldnt keep her hands off him...it is too funny!

Here is a picture of her whole class! They were so good and well behaved, I was really proud of them! Suprisingly Chloe was quite and listened really well, which as most of you know is really hard for her! It was fun to go with her and see her interact with the other students! Next...Kindergarten!

Easter Egg Hunt!

So this year we had an easter egg hunt at my parents house. We had 4 other families come along for the fun. We had 248 eggs some with candy some with money and some well....empty..hehehe! The kids had so much fun. We did two rounds, one with kids 8 and younger and one with the 8 and up. Chloe didn't quite know what to do with herself. She was really excited. Her best friend Tessa was there and they were glued at the hip. Chloe found 18 eggs in 5 mins...she got quite a few with candy and $8.00 and NO empty ones...she was too smart for that...she picked up a few empty ones...shook em and them threw them back down...my kind of gir...looking for the money ones! She also found the golden egg which is hidden the hardest (By Grandpa...the engineer...who thinks they need to work for the $) and it had $3 in it for the little ones and $5 for the older ones. Kids running around the back yard!

As you see in this photo my father is on the left and he is hiding the golden egg for the older kids INSIDE the old bee trap!!!! Yeah you have to take off the bottom and reach in to the filled jar of DEAD BEES! Real nice huh? Yeah he is creative alright! He also put some in the pool on boogie boards so they were floating and the kids had to use the broom to fetch them out! He thinks he is funny! Ok maybe he is!

So after a while Chloe, Tessa and Ella got bored hunting eggs and decided to go and jump on the trampoline, they thought that was much more fun!

Easter morning was slow as usual. With most of us being adults we dont care to open baskets or get up early so we slowly roll out of bed. We stayed the night at my parents house and my siblings woke up at 6 am and we running around upstairs....luckily Chloe slept till 7:30 she doesnt see the point in waking up early yet either! Thank HEAVENS! My father opted out of being there to open baskets this year...he was too tired and figured what was one missed year...PARTY POOPER! So we let him sleep while the kids excitedy opened their baskets. The are obssessed with these new Webkinz...have you heard of them? If not they are these stuffed animals that have a tag with an internet access number to this Webkinz website where you can play games based on the animal you have etc...pretty lame for $13 if you ask me but since my mom was getting my siblings one I knew Chloe would be sad if she didnt get one...so I gave in and got her the stupid Koala bear Webkinz...she loves it though and they have played with them everyday since they got them! In all, another good easter...and very nice to be able to spend it with my family!

So Chloes 5 birthday was on Saturday! I can't hardly believe that my little girl is 5!!! Time flys soooo fast. She decided she wanted a Pirate Party. It was incrediby fun. We had 10 little kids there and everyone had a GREAT time! We did a Tresure Hunt, a version of pin the tail on the donkey, a Plank for the kids to walk and we decorated Pirate Hats. Chloe wanted everyone to dress up as Pirates so we did and it was a fun costume party!!!! Here are a few pics from her party! Enjoy!

Singing Happy Birthday to Clo!

The party was a blast and she really had fun. All the kids loved dressing up as Pirates and it was fun, fun, fun! Chloe just kept telling me how much fun she had and thank you for doing this for her! She is so sweet and I just love her so much. She is such a sweet heart and I feel so lucky to have her for a daughter. I appreciate everyday the chance to raise her and be a mommy to her! I LOVE YOU CHLOE!

So...Registration for Kindergarten for Chloe is tomorrow! Yeah! Only she isnt current on here immunization! So what did we get to do today???? Go to the Health Department and get shots today! 4 to be EXACT! OH what a joy that was...I have been preparing Chloe since I found out Monday...But this morning when we discussed it for the last time before we went she started crying and I said

"Chloe that is enough, if you want to go to Kindergarten then buck up and get the shots."

She said " I dont care if I go to Kindergarten I'll stay at my New school (pre-school)"

"Chloe, you can't stay in pre school forever. You have to go to Kindergarten like a big girl!"

"No I don't want the stupid shots."

"I don't care you are getting the shots so you can go to school. Choe everyone has to get these shot to stay healthy."

"I am already healthy."

"Chloe get your shoes on and get in the car we are going to get your shots."

CRYING...CRYING...and CRYING!

So we get there and she is doing ok...then the nurse pulls out the needles and lays them on the table and Choe starts freeking out.

"I hate needles...I hate needles...I dont want the stupid shots."

"Chloe you can hate the stupid shots all you want but you are getting them."

The nurse says "Honey its ok to hate the shots. No one likes getting them but you have to, OK? Now dad (Yeah Brian had to go cuz I cant hold her down due to the belly) hold her on your lap and hold down her arms and put her legs inbetween yours."

Chloe just started FREAKING..."Dont hold me...let go of me"

The nurse says" Ok are you ready"

Chloe is SCREAMING "NO NO NO"

"Well too bad...and off she went to poke Clo with the 4 shots."

Chloe was screaming so loud I could hardly believe it. I have NEVER ever heard a child scream that loud. It was incredibly tramatic. I hope all of you dont have as much problems as we had. The funniest part was she cried for probay 5 mins after, while I was paying etc. We had told her before we got there that if she got the shots we could go to Target and she could pick out a any toy she wanted. She as we are leaving Brian says

"Chloe I am proud of you, you did such a good job and got your shots."

"No I didnt I freaked out and cried really hard."

We just busted up laughing...and I said "Ok you didnt do a good job, you were naughty and screamed but I am proud of you for getting the shots."

"Mom do I still get a toy?"

Ofcourse she got a toy...she deserved it...but I am dreading doing this again with Korbin...hopefully he wont be as big a baby as Chloe. She got a Hannah Montana barbie and has been playing with it all day!

Oh the joys of Children and Kindergarten! She is really excited about Kindergarten and we are excited for her to go! It is hard to belive that my baby is going to Kindergarten but she is! Life sure flys by!

Spokane, Preschool and a NEW due date!

Well we are finally in Spokane and it is cold as HECK! We are finally settling in and trying to make our smaller duplex work! It is ok...We are 5 mins away from my parents, across the street from the church building, and in a GREAT ward where we know 1/2 the people so...we will make it work! Unpacking is just as much fun as packing was. There are boxes everywhere and I dont want to do it anymore. So we cleaned up the upstairs and threw all the rest of the boxes in the basement and garage so...its a maze getting into bed but I just dont go down there if I dont have to!!! I'll get to the basement next week once I take a breather!

Other new our way is that I had a doctors apointment today and he pushed my due date back to JUNE 9! I was just arguing with him about it...AHHHH he said the baby is measuring small...which is STupID because Chloe measured small and I just have small babies! Oh well my arguing did nothing... he said I'm the doctor with the degree and I make the call...I wanted to CRY! Oh well...I guess really the baby will come when it wants and no due date will change that so...I'll deal!

Chloe just started Pre School this week and is really enjoying it! Her teacher said she is doing great and that this was very needed for her. That she thrived in that environment! So yeah...glad we could finally afford to get her in. That way in September when she starts Kindergarten she will hopefully do well!

Anywhoo thats about all the exciting news!

AM I SERIOUSLY LEAVING CALIFORNIA????

So the weather here the last few days has bee LOVELY! On saturday it was 75 deg...yeah 75! I could hardly believe it! It was so nice. We got to go outside and enjoy the sun...it was GREAT! We even got to go to my Grandfathers grave and clean it up a bit. Today the high is gonna be 70!!!! Yeah so we move on friday and the weather in Washington is horrible. In the 30's and 2 ft of snow! I AM CRAZY moving back there. I HATE the snow more than anything and i will still have to deal with it for another 2 mos in Washington! OH depression will set in! I am really sad to leave this nice weather but I know moving to Washington will be best for our family! So off we go!

OH PACKING PAKING AND MORE PACKING!

I OFFICIALLY HATE MOVING! This will be our 3 move in 6 mos. From Hawaii to Spokane, Spokane to Redding and now back to Spokane! I hate packing it is horrible. I really dont mind unpacking it the packing that is torture! My house is full of boxes and clutter and I can hardly stand it. I go to one room and feel OVERWHELMED...go to a different room and feel the same...so I go and sit on the couch and pout and whine that I can't get anything done and wanna throw it all away! Ok I dont want to throw it away...I LOVE ALL MY STUFF I just want it to magically get boxed on its own! Why does it have to be so hard? On top of it...we leave in 9 days to drive with two HUGE Budget rental trucks and my Outback towed behind one of the trucks and I am driving Brian's truck...AHHHH I hate his truck! It is a stinky work truck! Plus it is gonna be SNOWING THE WHOLE DRIVE. I am so stressed out due to that! I hate driving in the snow...it is scary. I am just totally not looking foreward to this move AT ALL!!!!!

The only thing I am looking foreward to is my Best friends Aubre and Kevin fly in on Wednesday to help us and we are gonna go to San Francisco for the day...to let off some stress before we PACK THE TRUCKS AND DRIVE 14 hrs! YIPPY!!!!

So we just ordered Chloe and Korbins Bedroom Bedding and they are sooooo cute!

The only difference is that Korbins crib is Black...it is all gonna look sooo cute together. I am having them share room even though we have 4 bedrooms our new place because 2 are upstairs and 2 downstairs and I dont feel comfortable having Chloe upstairs all by herself...so we all going in the basement and I will have a guest/office and a playroom upstairs! It will be nice! Now all I need to do is get Chloes bed painted black which I was supposed to do like...months ago...Just been lazy! But at least I have their cute bedding and it matches and will look so cute in their room!

Well enough slacking for me...I gotta get back to work! YEEHA!

So today I am so happy and SOOOO SAD!

First off I am sooooo happy today because I just found out today that I GOT INSURANCE!!!! YEAH! I am so excited and they are back dating it to 12/1/07 so they will cover all the visits I had while I was home and refund me! I am sooo happy I can hardly contain myself!

Then theres the sad news...Chloe has frickin HIVES all over her body. She is having a MASSIVE allergic reaction to something...we have NO IDEA what though. I am going crazy trying to figure out what caused it! I have already given her 4 doses of Benadryll and every 4 hours when the meds wear off it flares up again!!! She started getting it last night at about 8pm. Then she woke up in the middle of the night freaking out and it was so much worse. So gave her another dose. Then this morning she woke up again freaking out and gave her another dose...its making me crazy...it keeps going away and comming back worse everytime! I feel sooo bad for her because it itches so bad. It all over her legs, back, stomach, face, ears...down there and on her tush! Poor thing is just miserable. Here are some pics of the Hives!

Hopefully they go away soon for both our sakes!

Spokane Here we come!

So...we are moving back to Spokane Washington...in like 2-3 weeks. We are all about the quick spir of the moment moves. I am 95% positive that we are getting health insurance there and Brian can finish up his last Pilot license there. So off we go! Chloe is most excied...just because she gets to be with my family...she loves my brothers and sisters...they are like siblings to her. Plus...as Chloe says..."Grandma has a pool to swim in!" Yes that will be nice this summer. Plus I really really wanted my mom there when I deliver this baby so now she can forsure be there. We found a duplex that is ok...NOT NICE...which is hard going from our nice BIG house to a duplex...it is 200 sq ft smaller than our house so...not too bad. We had to drop our monthly income $600 a mos to qualify for the insurance so...we had to down size and save money. So our duplex is $375 cheaper than our house so...that helps with the pay cut. Hard but it will do for now...plus Brian is gonna Roof under the table a little bit for his friend to make up a little of that money! So we'll make do!

I am soooooo incredibly sad to be leaving California though...our house, the weather, and my grandma. But we have to do what we have to do. And there is nothing here for us anymore. Especially since the teacher at the school QUIT...yeah up and QUIT so we cant finish school here.....AHHHHHHHH...

At least we are blessed and I have to keep reminding myself that. We have a baby on the way, Brian is almost done with school, We are all Healthy, we have a roof over our head, we have money to survive...and many people dont have any of that!

So....were off...Not sure if I will post for a while since I will be packing and STRESSING OUT! YEEEEHA!

Snow...snow...and more snow!

So most of you know that we totally were stuck in Spokane Washington, due to the weather...snow storms!!!!! Here are a few pics we took outside Bend Oregon. The snow was packed 4-7 ft in some areas! It was amazing!

Also yesterday was Chloe's first day of Ballet...and what can I say...she was CHLOE! She was the center of attention, loud and silly. Her poor teacher had to keep telling her...Chloe if we talk too loud no one can hear what I am saying! She just kept chuckling that Chloe was the center of attention! She did do very good, in between her silly moments. When we go to the car she said..."Thanks Mom that was so much fun!" So...she has a few things to work on but she did good and she really enjoyed it!

Well as everyone know by now...we are having a boy! Baby Korbin Ellis Crenshaw. His middle name is Brian's Grandfathers middle name! We are using this for all he has done for our family. Made it possible for Brian to go to school DEBT FREE and paid our housing for the last 2 years almost! He was an amazing man and we though it would be nice to repay him a little! We are really excited and can hardly wait. We find out in 15 days if we qualify for a reduced state insurance in Washington. Please keep us in your prayers. If we end up qualifing then we will be moving back to Spokane till the baby is born. Brian can finish up his last license there and also go to the community college and get some buisness classes done so that he can open up his own helicopter pilot school! It wont be anytime REAL soon but that is our goal. So I am really hopeing that this insurance pans out!!!!

Christmas in Spokane was LOVELY with my family. The highlight of Christmas was when all the boys...My dad, Brian and my 3 brothers 19, 21, and 7 ALL got Nurf guns!!! Let just say darts were flying EVERYWHERE and us girls we the targets! It got pretty wild! They enjoyed playing and they chased eachother around the house for a good 3 hrs!!!!! BOYS WILL BE BOYS!!!!!We have really been having a good time!

We are still here though due to all the bad weather we have not been able to leave..since we drove! There has been the biggest storm in Northern California bigger than any in the last 10-20 years my grandma said. Even cars with chains can not get through. So until it clears up...we are STUCK IN WASHINGTON. It has been nice but we also have been here for 24 days now and are really ready to get home. My Grandma went and checked on our house and said that we had lost power and it is back on and that our fence had blown over...there has been 80 mile and hr winds the last 3 days. Luckly we are renting and wont have to pay for the fence!!!!!

Chloe is really enjoying the snow and has had a good time playing with my siblings in it!

This last picture is my FAVORITE! She is such a sweet heart and I am soooo thankful that she is part of our family! We really have had a good holiday season!

Finally a Dr. Apt...

SO...we finally had our first Dr.Apt today in Washington and it went quite well. The babys heart beat was strong a regular! YEAH...then he checked me and said that I dont seem as far along as my last missed period says...so the ultra sound on this Wednesday will confirm the due date...so far he is leaving it at May 26. We are so happy that so far...so good! The ultra sound will tell us more. As far as insurance goes we cant get it...I tried to purchase insurance and being pregnant is a pre existing condition and is not covered. So now we are trying to see if we can get insurance through Washington state and just move back up here...we'll find out on that next week! Oh...at least we know that the babys heart beat is well and that puts a lot of peace in our minds! Well I will post more on Wednesday when we find out more...Oh and by the way...the Christmas cards...yeah they ended up being New Year Cards...so you will all be recieving them shortly...so much for trying to be organized~! Anywhoo..Happy New Year Everyone! Welcome 2008!!!!

So I haven't posted in awhile! I haven't had much to say! No news about the baby because I CANT GET INSURANCE for the life of me so...I can't get checked out! I am feeling ok about it though...I keep getting flutters so I know the baby is growing and moving, which is good. But other than that, I have nothing to go off of! All I know is that I am 16 weeks along and TOTALLY FRUSTRATED. I have tried everything to get insurance and it doesn't work. If I pay for a visit outright it will be anywhere from $300-$700 a visit. And they can't give me a closer estimate than that!

We are leaving Friday to go to Washington for Christmas which will be very helpful to get my mind off all this CRAP and be with my family! Chloe is thrilled that she gets to go and see Granny Jani and Grandpa Davis (that's what she calls my parents!) And she is really excited to see her aunts and uncles who by the way cant quit calling to see when we are going to be there! She is loved, can you tell???

Brian is doing well here in Redding although we wont be here as long as we had planned. The owner of the Company is a jerk and is going bankrupt and is CRAZY. So...once again we are going to have to move...when...where...I HAVE NO IDEA! We have discussed Washington again and also his friend wants to open a school in Montana...which is beautiful but cold and...NO ONE LIVES THERE! No shopping, restraunts, civilization...we'll see. He is LOVING what he does and that is all that matters!

Chloe is starting Ballet in January when we get back from Washington and she is really excited about that! We went to my cousins ballet concert on friday and Chloe said..."Mom I wanna dance on that stage like a princess." I told her if she practiced hard she could one day...she pouted!

Well that is my life for the last month...nothing exciting...more depressing than anything. We miss you all and hope you find your Holidays Wonderful!

1. I hate, hate, hate doing the dishes! I would rather clean anything else in the house than the dishes. So, poor Brian gets to do them mostly...yeah selfish huh? I just really hate doing them...it drys out your hands.

2. I used to love shopping but lately I don't have the patience for it! I can be gone no longer than 30 mins before I start freaking out and want to leave. WEIRD! I used to be able to shop for hours on end and really hate it now...which is good I guess...Brian likes it alot more.

3. I LOVE VEGGIES. Really I can eat them any time! There are only a few veggies that I don't eat, like...eggplant, radish, and I can only think of those two. My favorite however are carrots, broccoli, asparagus, cherry tomatoes, squash and zucchini.

4. DO NOT EVER WAKE ME WHEN I AM SLEEPING! Seriously, if you don't want your head bitten off then let me sleep. I am the rudest, crankiest, and meanist person every if you wake me up while I am sleeping. I might yell, kick or hit you! My dad used to stand at the door when I was in highschool and he'd wake me up for seminary because he knew I just might kick or hit him. I don't do it to be mean it is just a instant reaction to being woke up! I really need to improve on that but I really most of the time don't realize I am doing it! OOOOPS!

5. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Chapstick! I am always trying new kinds but...I always go back to two that I LOVE! Cherry Natural Ice...NOT THE ORIGINAL... that is definetly #1 then there is Burts Bees Menthlyl, if you haven't tried either...go buy them today...you will fall in love and they both feel so great on your lips!

6. I LOVE ARBYS. It is my favorite fast food resturant. I LOVE the Regular Roast Beef Sandwich and curly fries with a chocolate milk shake...heart attack...YEAH but it is sooooo good. And what is ever funnier is that my parents tried to get me to eat it when I was younger and I would never try it. So...the first time I tried it was my junior year in highschool...I CANT BELIEVE what I was missing out on! AHHHHHHH!

I LOVE the Christmas season! I love the feeling in the air, everyone is kinder and more thoughtful! I find myself thinking of things that I can do for others and I LOVE IT! I love that my parents raised me to be greatful for the things I have and to share those with others! My parents have always been such an amazing example of a Christlike heart! They truly have shown me how to follow in the Saviors path. I thank my Father in Heaven eveyday for wonderful parents. Since I can remember we have always been doing charity work and helping other families in our town through the holiday season. There is NO OTHER feeling better in the world than helping someone in need and showing them the love that the savior would! I challange all of you to find someway that you can contribute to your community and show the savior's love through your hands! It can be as little as helping your neighbor, buying gloves for the homeless, donating food to the food bank and help hand it out, taking a childs name off the angel tree at the mall, mow someones law. Try to do as many things this holiday season as you can and I can promise that you will be truly blessed!

So for Christmas this year I decided to get creative...since I have been having fun with my creative side the last few months. My In-Laws have everything they could possibly want and if they don't have it they can just go to the store and buy it! So buying them presents this year has been tough...and I have had to do it sooner than usual since we are having Thanksmas with them this year...(Thanksgiving and Christmas all in the same weekend since we are going to My parents for Real Christmas) So...My In-Laws LOVE their garden so I though...why not make them some bird houses for their garden so Chloe and I went to Michaels to buy some premade bird houses to paint and decorate! While we were there we found some wooden ornaments and I got some of those so we could make them some ornaments as well. I think it all turned out GREAT and with supplys and paint it only cost $42 for everything in all the pics! Pretty darn good! So tell me what you think, did they turn out? I can't tell if I just love them cuz I put 6 hrs into all of it or if they do look cute! Chloe helped out soooo much...she helped paint EVERY single item....I was really proud of her!

So this is Chloe's PINK Bird feeder! With Princess jewels on it...(BARF) I let her choose the color and the decorations she wanted to use since it is HER present! We'll see how the birds like it! HAHAHA

And this is my bird house. I had soooo much fun making this...Brian said I should make them and sell them but it took too long to make...like 3-4 hrs and it was exausting but I think it turned out Great!

Santa I pretty much did other than Chloe painting it ALL white first...yeah she got outa control after painting the snowman white and decided all the ornaments needed to be painted white!

This is "Roodle" as Chloe would say...she for some reason can't say Rudolf...it is soooo funny!
Chloe was soooo funny she insisted on putting glitter on the star because she says "All stars shine mom!" Duh...how would I not know that!
We did a Lady bug because as you all know, we call Chloe...Chloe Bugs, and for her first birthday we did a lady bug theme with lady bugs candle and all...so we all kinda associate lady bugs with Chloe!
And these are My In-Laws as Snowman...Frank is on the left and Jan on the right...and they even have REAL branches for arms!

So, in all it was a fun, fun day with Chloe and I know that these presents will mean more than any of the other store bought presents that I got fot them! Plus it was really fun doing it with Chloe and letting her use her creative side!

But I know that if I was Hawaii I would have so much support and love from everyone so...PITTY PARTY FOR ME (HAHAHA!) I just want everyone from Hawaii to know how much you have impacted our lives for the good. You have all made us feel so wanted and needed and we really appreciated that! Well, Halloween this year was pretty fun. Chloe was more excited this year than last year and she looked so darling. Chloe was Snow White and everyone just loved her costume! She had the wig and all...she played the part as we all know that Chloe IS the Princess of the house, it was quite FUNNY! She had a Great time. We went to our ward Trunk or Treat and that was OK not the best but not bad. Then we went to my Grandmas house and saw my grandma, aunt and uncle and cousins (which LOVE Chloe, they are 12 and 15). We then walked around Grandmas neighborhood with them and had a really GREAT time! Brian and I were 80's Butt Rockers and had quite a FUN TIME...although at the trunk or treat all the elderly people were giving us NASTY looks we just laughed. We did get some GREAT compliments on the outfits though...everyone thought I was Madonna...Whatever! In all it was a good Halloween and we wish we could have shared it will all of you...but pictures will have to do!~ Can't wait to hear what everyone else did!

HALLOWEEN PUMPKINS!

So today we FINALLY got around to painting our pumpkins...a little late ya think! Yeah I know...this whole Pregnancy thing is KICKING my butt! I really do HATE being pregnant...I just know the outcome is worth it! But why does it have to be so difficult for me??? WHY??? No one else I know gets a sick as me except my mom...WHY??? I told my mom BAD BAD Genes!!! Ahhhh I hate being sick...I feel like I can't accomplish anything! I just wanna lay down and do nothing but gag! Anyways...

SO...back to the Pumpkins...We had soooo much fun! Instead of carving them as we usually do...WHICH I HATE...because stuff gets everywhere and it takes soooooo LONG...we painted...and we all LOVED IT! It only took us about 40 mins and we were totally finished! Chloe had so much fun she couldn't stop...as you will see in her picture of her's! And I really enjoyed myself...I really have found out the last few months that I really am ARTISTIC. So I painted a Pirate and Brian did Dracula and Chloe did...well a Princess she says! Chloe is getting so excited for Halloween she can't wait...she know's it's only in 2 days so she has been talking about it non stop! Anyways...enjoy the pics of the Pumpkins! I know we did!

California Coast

So last weekend we decided to head to the California coast since it is only 3 1/2 hrs away. So we took of and headed to the coast. We drove through the Trinity Mountains and it was GORGIOUS! The colors were sooooo beautiful. The trees were all changing and it was lovely. Everytime Chloe saw a tree with yellow leaves she would say..."Another Spicy Mustard Tree!" For all of you, Chloe LOVES Mustard...I mean LOVES Mustard. She eats it with everything and she doesn't use ketchup. She puts it on fries, eggs, toast, sandwiches, chips, hot dogs, chicken nuggets, when she is through eating and there is mustard left she dips her fingers in it and even licks it off her plate...CRAZY! Yeah so she calls it spicy mustard...I don't think she knows the differnce between spicy and tangy yet....anyways it was really cute of her. So we drove to Eureka first and realized that you didn't get a good view of the ocean from there so we drove to Trinidad and it was SOOOOO BEAUTIFUL and it was overcast and really just BEAUTIFUL! I love the ocean when its overcast! So here are a few picture of our little adventure!

So, besides our little Vacation we haven't been up to too much. Next weekend we are going to go to Grass Valley where I lived for 7 years. I am very excited and can't wait for our next little trip! All is well other than morning sickness...and we are all very happy and healthy and loving our new city!

I LOVE REDDING

So in order to not get FAT while I am pregnant we have decided to take up riding our Mountain bikes again. So we have been riding anywhere from 6-10 miles a day. I LOVE IT, I forgot how much I really enjoy riding bikes. And the weather and scenery are PERFECT! The Sacramento River runs right through Redding so it has a paved trail that run almost 40 miles up the river. It is Great! We bought a wagon to pull Chloe in that hooks on to the back of Brians bike and it is really lovely! She enjoys it so much...she gets to watch the river and go REALLY fast! She is so funny. So here are some pics from our last bike ride. Our friend Shaylan is in a few, he is from the Big Island and flys helicopters too and is now working with Brian. He is a great guy and we are lucky to have 1 friend!

So other than working out I have finally almost finished my two projects...painting my hutch, table and dresser...and dont worry I did it outside where it was well ventilated! I LOVE how they turned out I am really quite happy~! I just have to put the black molding around the top of the hutch and they are done...all of them have different knobs on them, I think it looks funky and I LOVE IT! The hutch has all brass knobs and the dresser has all different knobs...I saw it in Pottery Barn and just loved it so I had to do it myself. And the table I didn't take a picture of but it is Real Oak and I painted the bottom Black and left the top Oak and I roughed it up as well as the hutch and dresser so it looks rustic...It was a fun project! NEXT...Chloe's bed is also being painted black to match the new baby crib...they have maroon bedding and it looks very Country rustic...I LOVE THEM.

Other than my projects and trying not to get fat I really haven't been up to too much. Just enjoying Redding and our little house. Just planning for Thanksgiving with Brian's parents. That will be fun! Chloe is excited. She can't wait for " her next grandma and grandpa to come and visit our new house." Since my parents were just here helping us move Brians parents are the next grandma and grandpa...she is so funny!

Well we are OFFICIALLY missing Hawaii. The other day when we lit a fire we thought, WE MISS HAWAII but actually I don't really miss Hawaii so much as the people. I MISS you all so much. It is so hard moving somewhere new when you have made so many GREAT FRIENDS! I do miss the Scenery of Hawaii...sitting on the beach, looking at the palm trees or driving the east coast to Haliewa! I DONT miss the traffic or all the people everywhere though. But when I am feeling sad and missing Hawaii I just look in my back yard at my palm tree!!! HAHAHA not quite the same but a little bit! :)

So I still havent found Chloe a Pre-school and I am feeling sooooo HORRIBLE. I told her once we got here we would get her in school and it has been like, 3 weeks already and NO SCHOOL. It is so expensive, all the schools I have called on have been $120-$150 a month 2 days a week for 2 hrs. That seems like alot of money but I guess it is cheaper than daycare! Ahhhh I hope I can find one this week. I also found her a ballet school I just need to find out how much money we are going to have at the end of the month since we now have to pay water, sewer, garbage, electric, gas and $200 more a month in rent...so we'll see I'd like to get her in both if we can!

So...there is my life story for the last few weeks. Oh and the morning sickness HAS BEGUN! It still isn't quite as bad as with Chloe but I still think that that is comming! AHHHHHH And hopefully I will be getting into the OBGYN here in a week or so to find out my official due date...although when I have calculated it online a few places they all gave me May 28...so we'll see. It is crazy how many of us are having kids right now...Margaret had Wes, Heather had Kalia, Mel is ready to pop anyday now, Becca is Prego, Heather Brady is Prego and so am I!!! WOW perfect timming girls! HAHAHA Miss you all and Love you so much!!!

I LOVE Chloe! She really is such a sweet heart. She loves her new house and is really adjusting well. She is playing so well by herself and trying really hard not to annoy Brian and I. Yesterday I wanted to take some pictures of her, so we went outside and began snappin away. She was posing...as usual and just being cute Chloe and she says "Am I doing good Mom, do I look good?" I couldn't help but laugh and tell her that she was Beautiful and she was doing great! She is just so precious and I am SO GRATEFUL to have her as a daugher! Through all these rouff last few months I realized she really is a sweetheart and has the best intensions and does try, life in Hawaii was just difficult. The small living space and the hot sun were hard on her, but CALIFORNIA IS LOOKIN GREAT. So here are the pictures I took of Chloe yesterday ENJOY!

Oh the Joys of a New House!

Hello my friends! It feels like I haven't seen you all for so long! Well for some of you that is true! Oh where do I begin...The beginning of the move went GREAT the storage shed wasn't nearly as bad as we had expected...thank heavens and we had a really good friend help us load it in the uhaul and it only took 3 hrs...I imagined it taking days! The drive down went smooth, we drove half way on the 2oth and got to Redding on the 21st. Everyone was happy, no melt downs and the drive really flew by! My father drove the uhaul, Brian drove his truck and My mother, Chloe and I rode in my new car! :) No car problems or anything and the drive was BEAUTIFUL!!!

So we get here on the 21st and find out that...

1. There is no electric hooked up

2. The gas for the water heater is not hooked up

3. We have wet carpets, which they cleaned that morning

AHHHHH...I was totally freaking out...so we call the utilitie companies and the electirc, water and sewer were turned on in a couple hours, wheew!

Then the gas company tells us they can't turn it on that day that they might get to it sat if not monday. GREAT NO HOT WATER. Which means no showers! Luckly my grandmother lives here so we can shower at her house. So sunday morning we wake up get a few things done, brian uses the restroom, flushes and the sewer backs up into the showers!! AHHHHHHH can I SCREAM! At this point I am in tears just had it, I have CRAP literally crap in my showers NO HOT WATER to clean them out and I am pissed!!!! So we call the rental company and they send out a Plumber who fixes the problem in less than an hour, we have a beautiful Oak tree in our frount yard and the roots had grown through the piping so he ground them out and said it should be good for 6 mos...but I still had crap in the showers and NO HOT WATER. So monday I go into the rental company in TEARS and plead my case and thank heavens they give me my rent back for September $600 which is half the months rent that I paid. And promise to fix everything! AHHHHH so Tuesday rolls a round and finally the gas gets turned on and the cleaning ladie comes and cleans my shower! HALLELUJAH HALLELUJAH!!!

So, now that everything is working I am feeling much happier about the situation, the house is HUGE and I LOVE IT!! Chloe and Brian are both loving it. Having all of our nice things back makes me so greatful! On sunday when the sewer backed up I said I wish I had a Cockroach problem instead then it was fixed in an hour and I changed my mind! A few things had to go wrong becasue everything was going way too smooth! So I am so greatful for all that I have, and not being in my one bedroom apartment anymore!!! We have been so BLESSED and count our blessings every night!! 1,600 sq feet is a mansion compared to what we had! I LOVE THIS HOUSE! It is perfect for us and we are all enjoying it very much...Especailly Brian he went out and bought a new TV as you will see in the pics and he is in HEAVEN...even though I yelled at him for spending so much money...I have to say I love it to although I wouldn't admit that to him...so enjoy the pictures and I hope you all come to visit soon! We LOVE YOU ALL and miss you so much!

The Kitchen is HUGE! I can't believe I have such a big kitchen I can finally cook again!

This is the living room, bad picture but it has a fireplace on the left and is quite cozy I can't wait to sit there in the winter and read a book! YEAH!

Guest Bedroom...Queen bed...for all those of you who ARE comming to visit!

Main Bathroom...pretty big and really nice.

Chloe's room which is not finished at all yet...I am painting her bed black and roughing them up to look old and worn and I am using the red comforters to look rustic...It will come in good time! Her closet is so large that we made it into a play house. Her clothes are in the guest room. She has her kitchen and a beautiful table and bench that my grandfather made for me in there and it is darling she loves it!

So...for all of you who know that Black is my favorite color I found this BEAUTIFUL bedspread...I LOVE IT...it looks so nice in the masterbed room with the green walls I REALLY LOVE IT...this is a portion of how large the room is it was just too messy to show you all...maybe later when the clothes are hung and it is clean I'll post a new pic.

And here is the master bath...HUGE...we love it and the shower is great the head on it is tall and you don't have to scrouch down to wash your hair...EXCELLENT! And again we went with the balck and white theme to match the bedroom!

Ok I FINALLY DID IT!

So...Since eveyone keeps Harasing me to do I Blog, I FINALLY DID IT! Thanks to Heather for showing me the loop holes of everything!

Well moving SUCKS! I hate it so much! Especially when you are moving over sea's! I hope this move to Redding will be the last move for a couple years! We'll see though. Also this move feels alot different than our last few moves. I have never in my life found such wonderful and truly inspiring friends so quickly in my life! I mean I make friends ok but nothing like I have experienced here in Hawaii. And today as we were driving along the north shore I began crying, thinking of all I am leaving behind. I really love my friends that I have made here and I am so sad to leave them behind. Even though I know this is the right thing for us to be doing I still am feeling very sad about the whole move. I just hope all my wonderful and special friends who read this know just how much your friendship has meant to me, truly it has been an amazing experience to have such great friends so quick. And I hope that we can continue our friendship for years to come!

On a really GREAT note I think that I found the car we are going to buy! YEAH it is a 2004 Subaru Outback and it is really nice. I get to look at it Saturday when we get to Washington and I am really excited. My mother say's it is beautiful so I can't wait! Here are a couple pictures!

So, other than moving and my new car I really don't have anything exciting to post but look back soon as we will be moving and I will post some pics of the new house, that we are so thrilled about getting into! Before I go I do want to post a few pics of the great new place we will be living that YOU ALL WILL BE VISITING! Right????
